From Technical Expert to Trusted Advisor is designed for HR and Communication leaders who support scientists, researchers, engineers, and other technical experts. You’ll learn practical strategies to help your experts communicate complex ideas more clearly, confidently, and persuasively so they can grow from subject matter experts into trusted advisors.

This interactive workshop provides tools and examples you can use to expand your experts’ influence, elevate how they show up with senior leaders, and strengthen their ability to be seen as strategic partners.
